K&L Gates has hired another capital markets partner, Iris Leung, from the Hong Kong office of Linklaters.
Qualified in both the U.S. and Hong Kong, Leung represents issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings (IPOs) and listings in Hong Kong, as well as abroad. She also advises banks, private equity and venture capital funds on their M&A and strategic investments.
