Clifford Chance has appointed a new managing partner for its Italian offices. Corporate partner Paolo Sersale will begin his term on the October 1, according to a statement by the firm on Wednesday.
Sersale takes over from Giuseppe De Palma, who was Italy managing partner for eight years, after he was appointed regional practice area leader for global financial markets in Continental Europe.
