Vodafone Group has replaced its longstanding general counsel with a hire from a FTSE 250 company.
The telecomm giant’s longstanding general counsel Rosemary Martin is set to retire after more than 12 years in the role. The FTSE 100 behemoth has appointed EasyJet’s group general counsel and company secretary Maaike de Bie to fill her shoes, a statement by the company said on Thursday.
