Auditing major Grant Thornton’s Spain offering has joined forces with a Seville-based law firm to form a new full-service firm in the Andalusian capital with a focus on law.
The joint venture with law firm Sanguino Abogados, to form Grant Thornton Sanguino, will offer clients advice in the corporate, commercial, labor, civil, bankruptcy, tax and family law, as well as administrative, town planning and environmental law spaces. These legal services expand alongside Grant Thornton’s traditional offerings in auditing, business consulting, financial advice and outsourcing.
