A formal corruption inquiry has found that a former partner at top-tier Australian corporate law firm MinterEllison provided meals and favors, and developed a personal relationship with public servants who then allocated work to the firm.
MinterEllison has responded by saying it will strengthen its procedures around employee expenses.
