Herbert Smith Freehills Loses Four Finance Lawyers in Paris to Rival Firms

Herbert Smith Freehills has lost four lawyers, including two partners, from its banking and finance practice in Paris to rival international firms in the French capital.

Eric Fiszelson joins Ashurst as a partner in the firm’s global loans team in Paris. He was regional head of HSF’s financial practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and a specialist in acquisitions, property financing and debt restructuring.
