Veteran corporate tax lawyer Kevin Zimka has joined Cozen O’Connor’s Vancouver office as a shareholder, making him the 15th lawyer to join Cozen O’Connor’s growing Canadian practice since June 2021.
Zimka, who has advised on a number of Canadian M&A and mining transactions worth a total of more than C$13 billion, is jumping from Global 200 firm Blake Cassels & Graydon, where he was a partner for more than 22 years, Cozen said in announcing the hire.
