EY Law has brought on board an established labor lawyer in Colombia to head up a collective-bargaining practice amid a slew of local legislation aimed at changing the way Colombians work.
With the addition of María de la Luz Arbeláez, EY now has eight partners in the South American country, which elected its first-ever leftist president in June.
