Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has added Linklaters partner Sarah Lindley, to its London tax practice.
Partner Sarah Lindley joins the firm after having been at Linklaters for almost 15 years. Lindley first began her career as a trainee at the elite UK outfit, and made partner in May 2018, according to her Linkedin profile. Her practice includes advising a variety of clients on tax matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and asset sales and corporate restructurings. In particular, she has advised numerous clients across the technology and financial services sectors. Commenting on the hire, London managing partner Jason Glover said: “Sarah has extensive experience providing some of Europe’s most prominent companies and financial institutions with exceptional tax advice related to complex and strategic transactions.”
