A Wimbledon final spectator is suing tennis ace Nick Kyrgios after he accused her of being “drunk out of her mind” at the final in July, in a rant that was broadcast on live television.
Bringing a defamation case against Kyrgios, Anna Palus has instructed litigation specialist firm Brett Wilson, a firm that gained prominence after it represented former Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner Ryan Beckwith in his widely publicised misconduct case in 2020.
