Key financial metrics have stalled at HFW, with revenue and profit per equity partner both slightly down on the previous year’s.
Revenue dipped by 0.8% to £198.7 million in the financial year ending April 2022. The firm put this down to a slight reduction in lawyer headcount: “a result of prudent management of the business during the COVID-19 pandemic”.
