Clayton Ruby, one of Canada’s most outspoken and influential civil rights and criminal defense lawyers, has died. He was 80.
A statement from his Toronto law firm, Ruby Shiller Enenajor DiGiuseppe, said Ruby passed away peacefully on Tuesday surrounded by his family.
