Knights has handed its chief financial officer £1.14 million, over five times what she received last year, amid an acquisition-driven revenue surge, according to the firm’s latest financial results.
CFO Kate Lewis was the firm’s top earner for the year ended April 2022, with her takings rocketing from the £212,000 earned last year. According to a person with knowledge of the situation, the uplift relates to a’ restricted stock award’ issued when the firm floated on the London Stock Exchange three years ago, while the sum from last year was salary only.
