EY’s Singapore legal arm, Atlas Asia Law Corp., has added a new director to its office following the departure of a team of eight lawyers, including three directors, to Dentons Rodyk.
Liew Lan Hing has joined Atlas Asia Law from casino operator Genting Singapore Ltd., where she was general counsel. She advises on M&A and capital markets deals, and also guides clients on regulatory compliance matters.
