Norton Rose Fulbright has bolstered its London base with intellectual property partner Jonathan Ball, who re-joined the firm from Gowling WLG where he has spent the last two years according to his LinkedIn. He previously spent a decade at NRF and held the role of head of risk advisory, EMEA at the firm. Ball’s experience lies in advising clients across life sciences and technology on contentious IP matters and major cyber security and data compromise incidents.

Stephenson Harwood has hired CMS head of incentives, Nicholas Stretch, according to a statement from the firm. Stretch was head of incentives at CMS for 12 years, and, more recently, from where he joins, at Ashurst for over three years, according to his Linkedin profile. His practice focuses on employee share plan and executive remuneration issues for both listed and private companies.
