U.K. firm CMS has elected a new managing partner for its Kyiv office.
Vitaliy Radchenko succeeds Graham Conlon who is moving to a “revised CMS role”, according to a CMS statement. Conlon will remain the firm’s head of international private equity for central and eastern Europe, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. He will continue to advise clients on “big-ticket transactions”, with a special focus on the Middle East region.
