Hogan Lovells is among the law firms to secure a late-stage rescue deal for embattled U.K. convenience store operator McColls.
The firm advised the company’s administrators, PwC, on a last minute takeover by U.K. supermarket giant Morrisons, which was finalised earlier this week. Partners James Maltby and Debbie Gregory led the firm’s advisory team, according to a person with knowledge of the deal.
