U.K. legal mental-health charity LawCare has expanded its online chat service to operate four days a week from one day a week, as the industry endeavors to tackle mental health issues among its people.
LawCare has offered an online messaging service once a week since July 2019, alongside an additional phone line service already available five days a week. The chat line will be manned by a team of ten specially trained volunteers all with previous experience in the legal industry, a statement by the charity said on Tuesday.
