Eversheds Sutherland is integrating its Brussels office closer into the firm’s International structure, a move that should lead to greater efficiencies and pave the way for expansion into new lines of practice such as antitrust, the firm said.

Eversheds operates as a tripartite structure: U.S.; International, which groups most offices outside the U.S.; and Europe Ltd., which groups a small number of offices in Europe, including Spain, Portugal, Italy and, until now, Brussels.
