Bank of America Assistant General Counsel Joins Dechert in London

An in-house lawyer at Bank of America has returned to his former firm in London.

Richard Pugh, who has been at Bank of America for over ten years as director and assistant general counsel, has rejoined Dechert’s London office as a commercial real estate finance and securitisation partner, a statement by the firm said on Tuesday.
