On April 6, Ben Fearnley, a barrister at 29 Bedford Row, received an email from the British Home Office.
The email was addressed to Vanya, a three-year-old boy from Vinnytsia, a city in central Ukraine, whom Fearnley had been attempting to help get to the U.K. with his mother, Dasha.
