Eversheds Sutherland has launched a San Francisco office, following a steady march of U.K.-based firms into Northern California.
The firm, which formed in 2017 through the combination of U.K.-based firm Eversheds and U.S.-based AmLaw 100 firm Sutherland, has tapped two partners to build its Bay Area presence whose expertise resembles a lucrative recipe for Big Law in 2021: transactions and technology.
