Kirkland & Ellis Loses U.S. Securities Partner to Freshfields in Hong Kong

Kirkland & Ellis U.S. securities partner Howie Farn has left the firm to join Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Freshfields announced.

Farn advises on pre-initial public offering (IPO) and post-IPO investments and financings, and corporate and regulatory matters related to U.S. securities law.
