Hogan Lovells saw profit per equity (PEP) rise 25.9% year-over-year in what were record gains for the firm and its partners in 2021.

PEP at the Washington-headquartered global firm rose to $2.48 billion last year from $1.97 billion the year prior, thanks to a 12.9% bump in total global revenue to $2.606 million from $2.308 million, and a sizable boost in revenue per lawyer (RPL) of 16.5% to $1 million from $884,000 in 2020.
