Herbert Smith Freehills has replenished its capital markets practice in Singapore with U.S. securities partner, Xavier Amadei, who joins the firm from Baker & McKenzie.
Amadei advises banks, issuers and shareholders in initial public offerings, rights issues, block trades, medium term note programs, high yield note offering, green bonds and straight debt issuances.
