EY Law has hired partners from international law firms Bird & Bird and Shearman & Sterling to build its Oceania team and boost its tech and transactions capabilities.
Corporate partner Steve Johns has joined the Big Four accounting firm in Sydney from Bird & Bird, while Emma Maconick joins the firm’s Auckland office from Shearman & Sterling in California.
