Gibson Dunn Dubai M&A Partner Exits For Addleshaws

A Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher M&A partner has left the firm’s Dubai base to join Addleshaw Goddard.

Private equity and M&A specialist Fraser Dawson joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he made partner in 2018, and focuses on M&A and other corporate transactions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
