Kirkland & Ellis and White & Case each gained and lost the most London partners in 2021, according to rankings demonstrating the high churn rate of certain firms.
The tables, produced by legal recruitment and consultancy firm Edwards Gibson, show Kirkland hired the most partners but also suffered the most partner departures, with White & Case coming second on both lists.
