Three more German law firms have entered the newly qualified (NQ) salary war, with one of the trio topping current market leader Hengeler Mueller, as competition for new talent heats up in Germany.

Law firms Poellath, Noerr and Görg have all raised starting salaries for first-year associates, and have also introduced a suite of further incentives including bonuses and profit share schemes, in a bid to lure much-needed junior lawyers.
