Unilever Names Next Legal Chief

Unilever has hired its next chief legal officer as incumbent Ritva Sotamaa is set to retire from the role in March 2022.

According to a company statement on Wednesday, Sotamaa will be succeeded by Maria Varsellona, who is currently general counsel and company secretary at global technology company ABB Ltd.
