Eefung Software, a Chinese software developer based in Changsha in Southern Hunan province, is suing Weibo, one of China’s largest microblogging platforms, over alleged anticompetitive restrictions.
According to Eefung’s social media post on WeChat, China’s most popular social media platform, Weibo has refused requests to access data, which, Eefung said, constitutes a monopolistic practice.
