Australian-Chinese law firm King & Wood Mallesons and Australian corporate firm Gilbert + Tobin are offering staff 26 weeks paid leave for new parents, while G+T is also giving all lawyers a 10% pay rise.
As of this week, all new parents at KWM in Australia and Singapore will be entitled to a half-year of paid leave, regardless of whether they are the primary or secondary caregiver.
