Goodwin Procter has launched an equity capital markets practice in the U.K. with a hire from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, citing increased demand among technology and life sciences clients looking to list in London.

The firm has brought on board capital markets partner Ariel White-Tsimikalis to its London technology and life sciences practices.
