HFW is working on the first ever third-party-funded domestic arbitration in Singapore following regulatory changes by the city-state in the summer.
The firm has partnered with Litigation Capital Management on the case advising construction company Craft Façade, which is the claimant on two separate arbitrations, one in Singapore and the other in Hong Hong, according to the firm’s statement.
