The U.K. government has called on a Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner to lead a review into how capital raising processes for listed companies in the U.K. can be improved, in the latest example of senior lawyers leading on high profile reviews.
London-based capital markets partner Mark Austin has been appointed as the independent chair of the secondary capital raising review on Tuesday, according to a statement by HM Treasury.
