Linklaters has landed a six-strong team from DLA Piper to create a real estate department in Italy—a move to capitalize on a resurgence of interest in property investment as the Italian economy bounces back from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Francesco De Blasio joins as a partner and head of the practice, which will be based in Milan with a regular presence in Rome, Linklaters said.
