Belgian law firm Strelia has hired two partners from competitor Monard Law and one partner from Daldewolf as part of a 10-lawyer boost for its Brussels office.

Pierre Goffinet will launch Strelia’s new competition law and regulatory practice. Goffinet was a partner at Daldewolf, which he joined in 2013, after a four-year stint working for Belgium’s competition authority. According to a person at the firm, he is bringing with him counsel Laure Bersou, associates Roman Spangenberg, Pauline Van Sande and Mediona Shehu and trainee Chloé Lemenne with him.
