Beijing Firms Anjie and Broad & Bright to Merge

Partners at the Chinese law firms Anjie and Broad & Bright have voted to merge, creating “Anjie & BB Law Firm”—a Beijing-based law practice with more than 400 lawyers across seven offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Haikou City, Nanjing and Hong Kong.

The combined revenue of the merged firm is approximately RMB600 million (US$92.8 million), and the combination will propel the firm to rank among the top 40 largest Chinese law firms by head count.
