A trio of law firms including Kirkland & Ellis and Slaughter and May are advising on U.K. defense and aerospace group Cobham’s purchase of Ultra Electronics.
The deal, announced on Monday, will see Cobham acquire the defense group for £2.57 billion and has handed roles to Kirkland, Slaughters and Ashurst.
