Latham & Watkins has hired a capital markets partner in Seoul from Clifford Chance following the Magic Circle firm’s decision to close its office in Korea.
Richard Lee had been based in Hong Kong with Clifford Chance and relocates to Seoul with Latham. He focuses his practice on debt securities offerings; last year, he advised the underwriters on a $1.45 billion sovereign bond issued by the Korean government.
