The U.S. division of Bank Hapoalim, one of the largest commercial banks in Israel, has appointed a new general counsel, a financial services and regulatory veteran with experience in litigation, investigation and consumer protection.
Vicki Andreadis joins BHI from RBC Capital Markets, where she served as director and senior counsel in the financial firm’s law group. In that position she provided counsel on a spectrum of regulatory, litigation and compliance issues, with oversight of all aspects of regulatory matters.
