Mishcon de Reya has been referred to the U.K. Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal over allegations relating to payments into the firm’s client account.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority decided to prosecute the firm in October 2020, and has now referred the matter to the SDT, according to a decision notice published on Thursday.
