Travers Smith has boosted salaries for its newly-qualified (NQ) lawyers to bring it in line with rates handed out by the U.K.’s Magic Circle firms, as part an ongoing U.K. NQ pay war.
Travers NQs now have the potential to take home “between £100,000 and £117,000″ including bonuses and other discretionary payments, a spokesperson for the firm said on Monday.
