Hogan Lovells, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and Cooley have advised on the $3.6 billion fundraise for Indian online retailer Flipkart. The deal represents the largest funding round in India this year, and values Flipkart at $37.6 billion.

The latest round of financing was led by Singapore’s sovereign fund GIC, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Japan’s SoftBank Group’s Vision Fund 2 and U.S. retailer Walmart.
