An International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) tribunal has held Peru liable for delays that led to financial damages in the construction of a second metro line for the sprawling capital of Lima.
Cuatrecasas represented the claimant and contractor—a Peruvian entity made up of a consortium of Spanish and Italian construction companies—while Foley Hoag represented the Republic of Peru.
