Kirkland Boosts London Funds Team With Simpson Thacher Hire

Kirkland & Ellis has hired an investment funds lawyer from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in a boost to its London partnership.

Amy Fox is set to join Kirkland as a partner, having been of counsel at Simpson Thacher. She advises private equity sponsors on the organisation and operation of European, Asian and global, large-cap funds.
