Mayer Brown has added four new partners in Hong Kong, the latest global law firm to expand their Hong Kong listings capabilities.
The firm has added the debt capital markets team led by Guiping Lu and Philip Hyde at K&L Gates, who leave the firm after two and seven years respectively. Hyde was a partner at Hogan Lovells and Simmons & Simmons previously, while Lu was previously the Hong Kong head at Haiwen & Partners and a counsel at Latham & Watkins.
