Two law firms have fielded cross-border teams to advise on a new joint venture between car manufacturers Porsche and Croatian hypercar specialist Rimac Automobili, which will create a new line of luxury Bugatti cars.
According to a joint announcement, the combination, named Bugatti Rimac, will create a “new automotive and technological powerhouse”. Bugatti is a name synonymous with high performance vehicles that often top lists of most expensive in the world, with models such as the Centodieci hitting record speeds of more than 250 mph and costing buyers upwards of $8 million.
