Allens, KWM Dial Into $2B Australian Telecoms Deal

Australian elite firm Allens is advising a consortium of local pension funds on the acquisition of a 49% stake in telecommunications company Telstra’s network tower business.

The tower business, lnfraCo Towers, owns and operates approximately 8,200 tower assets including over 5,500 mobile towers throughout Australia.
