The Singapore Ministry of Law (MinLaw) has announced that from June 28, 2021, the country’s third-party funding framework will be extended to cover domestic arbitration proceedings as well as connected court proceedings.
The framework also covers proceedings commenced in the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) for as long as those proceedings remain in the SICC, as well as related mediation proceedings.
